Our No Hassle Return policy gives you peace of mind to enjoy the purchase in your home for up to 30 days (depends on product)

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please return the merchandise within 30 days. We will refund the merchandise price, plus any applicable sales tax.

In order to return a merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department. To obtain the number, please contact us via e-mail or chat. Please place RMA# on the shipping label or shipping package , not on the original package of the manufacturer.

Defective / Damaged items:

If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it may be considered as defective. Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged while shipping. If you have noticed there was something wrong with the item while handling - please refuse the delivery. In case you have already accepted delivery and then found out shipping damage, please contact us immediately and provide us with the details on the damage or defectiveness of the products being returned (photos and videos). Save all packaging materials and paperwork including instruction manuals. The item may be replaced in that case.

Returns for Change of Mind Reason

If you want to return non-defective / non-damaged items, 20% restocking fee is applied. Buyers pay all return shipping costs. Returned orders have to be in an unused condition containing all related items, parts, accessories, instruction manuals and original packaging. Refund will be made within 15 business days from the date of return.

All returns are for refund only. In case of replacement we kindly asking our buyers to get in touch with us to find a best decision.

The item will be checked for the warranty case confirmation. If the item is accepted as defective, the procedure of refunding may take up to 15 business days from the date of return.

We are not able to accept returns, and no refunds will be made if:

  • there’s no RMA#
  • shipping labels or RMA numbers are placed on the manufacturer's boxes
  • the product is not in resalable condition (it is used or scratched)

If your package is returned to the supplier marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", you will be charged shipping and 20% restocking fees. Refunds can not be made until the package is received back to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages unless we made an error.



  1. Items for personal use such as skincare, hair care, and cosmetic items cannot be returned.
  2. "Final Sales" items cannot be returned.
